Commissioned programming

To keep your measuring machine available for quality monitoring. CNC programs for Zeiss coordinate measuring machines are compiled by us to your specifications using CALYPSO®, tested and installed on site. 2D or 3D measurements with CURVE or FREE-FORMED SURFACE do not present a problem either to our experienced metrologists.

On request we will organize everything for you - from the stylus to the clamping device. For complex parts, the stylus assembly is adjusted specifically to the part. The programs will be delivered with documentation. Moreover, your personnel will be given initial training on site to guarantee optimum use.

On request the programs can be complied with PCM technology. This saves further programming work for families of parts. For rotationally symmetric parts, a rotary table 1000 mm in diameter and up to 3000 kg in load capacity is available.

Our application engineers will be glad to give you assistance on site, in order to optimize or generate the measurement sequences of Zeiss coordinate measuring machines or in order to compensate for personnel shortages.
