Starting with the incoming order, the project team will carry out the complete coordination. Passing through Sales, which will order the required in sole responsibility from our supplier, the project then moves to Assembly.

In the assembly hall, the machines will be assembled to their full functionality and adjusted using the most advanced equipment. The torsion-resistant foundations guarantee reproducible measurement results, which are indispensable for meeting the required precisions.

During the subsequent precision acceptance, we check the specified tolerances using calibrated standards such as laser measuring devices and stepper gage blocks. Prior to the delivery of the machines, a system acceptance test shall be carried out.
